What material is
used for the pillows?
All
pillows are made with 100 % Cotton Fabric, and hypoallergenic material unless
a different type is specified by buyer.
If I need a custom
made pillow, what information is required?
We
need the size, shape, color and type of fabric, and any other information
you provide to customize your pillow. You are involved in the creation as
much as we are.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes we do. For larger orders,
please take into consideration since the pillows are handmade, please allow
3 weeks for processing. Please specify color, shape, size as you would for a
regular pillow order. Based upon the amount of materials and labor, we could
advise you what the wholesale price would be.
Are the pillows
child safe?
We
recommend that any pillows purchased from our product line are to be used
only for decorative purposes and not to be used in any crib or where a
young child is unsupervised.
How
long does it take for my order to arrive?
A
minimum of
two weeks is usually standard with your customized pillow
order due to the high volume of shipments and orders we receive. However, if there is a
pillow that is already available that you prefer, the pillow can be sent as
soon as it is purchased.
Do you provide
receipts?
Yes.
An invoice is shipped with every order.
What methods of
payment do you prefer?
The
best method is via Paypal. If you don’t wish to use Paypal, a cashier’s
check or money order is fine. Any personal checks must clear before item can
be shipped. You can also make a payment by credit card.
What type of
shipping do you use?
Shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail and through UPS. We
can also ship via Federal Express and DHL , but at a higher cost. If you prefer a
different method of shipment, please contact us to make those arrangements.
Prices vary upon weight of shipment and postal or carrier regulations.
How do I clean the
pillow?
All
pillows are recommended to Dry Clean Only.
Do you provide
refunds?
We
do not provide refunds or returns on custom-made pillows.
When ordering, please make sure
that the proper information is given, so that you receive the item you
specified.
We
cannot resell a custom made item to another client. We make every effort
possible to work with the customer for their personalized order. |
