We like to provide our
customers with the finest quality merchandise and to be satisfied with
our products. If you order a custom made pillow, refunds will not be
available due to the fact that the item was created specifically as per
your instruction.
Any orders placed
must be paid for before shipment is made. For larger orders, a deposit
of half the total amount is required. A time frame to insure that
personal checks are cleared through the bank requires at least 7
business days.
Once payment is
processed, work is done and then shipped within the time frames given by
our order department. Any arrangements made by the purchaser are given
priority, such as alternate shipping addresses or rush orders.
